The Sutton City Council, Community Redevelopment Authority (CRA) have developed this housing development to help spur housing growth opportunities in the city of Sutton. The CRA developed Horseshoe Bend in 1998. The development offers mid to large size lots available for new housing construction and is located in the North part of Sutton, very close to Sutton Public Schools, Hillcrest View Assisted Living, and the Sutton Aquatic Facility.
